Ventrilo 3.0 personal servers (the ones you run on your computer) are limited to 8 users max. You can buy one from a hosting company from pretty cheap though. You can get a 10 man for $2.75 a month if I recall correctly. That's the only way to get more than 8 slots. Yes for us too, ventrilo works better. The problem is that if we upgrade the server version, we won't be able to have more than 8 slots if we do not rent aATM all arma and communications (ventrilo and teamspeak) servers are down, looks like my own server is suffering from some hardware troubles now.
